We were so pleased to welcome all our students on our Induction Day in September, these students make up most of the intake for this year, however, we are enrolling throughout the year too for various evening, part-time and CPD training as well as another intake for our full time CIBTAC Level 3 course in January 2019.   We pride ourselves on our flexibility in being able to provide training that will suit your needs and requirement.  

This year we, again, welcome students from all over the world, including California, Canada and Malaysia.   All our new students are so passionate about beauty and committed to their learning.  It has been great to see how well they have all settled in already, it feels like they have been here longer than they have.  Brightens the day to see the students thoroughly enjoying their experience here at The Oxford International College of Beauty so far.  They work very hard, this is a fast track full time course, Monday to Friday 9-4.30pm, they will have be qualified in Level 2 before Christmas once they have passed their CIBTAC Level 2 exams early December, what an achievement in just 12 weeks!  They have also had Spa Find training and a Careers Presentation from Nicci Renshaw, recruiter for Steiner Onboard Spa.  

This is also an important time of year for Year 11s who are deciding what to do once GCSEs are over! For school leavers aged 16-18 we can offer a Government funded apprenticeship, ideal for those looking to earn as they learn and work 30+ hours per week and study with us one day per week.   A taster of the apprenticeship is our free summer course that we run as a traineeship, applications have now opened for this.  This is an ideal introduction to work for any school leaver and runs for 6 weeks throughout the Summer starting after the end of the exams, this is very popular so please get your applications in soon.   OICB attended the Apprenticeship Fair at Witney Lakes in October, it was lovely meeting so many aspiring potential therapists in the making,  even Year 9s were in attendance demonstrating that it is never too early to have a plan!
