So much has been happening at the college the last couple of months. Our new students had their Induction Day on the 7th September, it was so exciting to meet all the girls again and they looked lovely in their uniforms. All our new students are so passionate about beauty and committed to their learning. It has been great to see how well they have all settled in already, it feels like they have been here longer than they have. Brightens the day to see the students thoroughly enjoying their experience here at The Oxford International College of Beauty so far.

Today they had their first Student Salon day, a couple of them were nervous about their first client facing experience since joining the college, but from what we have heard so far they have loved every minute of it and have done really well considering they have only been here in college for 4 weeks, well done to our students! What a fantastic start!

We would also like to congratulate two of our January 2015 students, Hitomi and Rene for successfully passing their Steiner interview, both of them will be joining the cruise ships next year! Well Done!

Spaces are still available for our full time course staring January 2016, please come along to our Open Day on Tuesday 13 October to discuss this course or any of our other opportunities. Please email our Admin Team at info@oicb.co.uk for more information and to book a slot.

This is an important time of year for Year 11s who are deciding what to do once GCSEs are over! For school leavers aged 16-18 we can offer a Government funded apprenticeship or traineeship. Ideal for those looking to earn as they learn and work 30+ hours per week and study with us one day per week. This is a fantastic opportunity but is subject to finding a local salon or spa to work in. If interested contact us immediately as we have some vacancies left. Start dates between September and January. We have a stand at the Apprenticeships Fair at Witney Lakes on October 22nd 5-9pm, so please come along and have a chat with us about apprenticeships and a career in beauty.
